Ebony O'Brien

After commuting to Tamworth for work before making the move in November last year, Ebony officially joined the PRD team in April as a Property Manager. Having worked in customer service roles since 2013, she is passionate about building genuine relationships, providing exceptional service, and ensuring every client feels supported throughout their property journey.

Friendly, approachable, and highly organised, Ebony enjoys helping landlords protect their investments while making the rental experience as smooth and stress-free as possible for both owners and tenants. She takes pride in clear communication, attention to detail, and going the extra mile to achieve the best outcomes.

Whether she's assisting landlords, supporting tenants, or working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly, Ebony is dedicated to providing a professional, reliable, and friendly experience every step of the way.

Outside of work, Ebony is the Secretary of the Walcha Campdraft & Rodeo Association, where she coordinates sponsorship for the association's annual event. Working closely with local businesses and the community is something she genuinely enjoys, and it's a role that reflects her passion for bringing people together and supporting the region.
