Erica recently joined the PRD Sales Support team after relocating from Perth, Western Australia, to Tamworth with her husband, daughter and family dog. Embracing a true tree change, she has traded city living for life on a rural property and is enjoying everything the New England region has to offer.

With more than 10 years of experience in the coach hire and touring industry, Erica brings a strong background in administration, organisation and customer service. Her exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high standard of support make her a valuable addition to the PRD team.
