IN CASE YOU MISSED IT. Always wear your seat belt and Don’t use a phone while driving.
Mobile Phone and Seatbelt Detection Cameras are now live, all across Queensland, and they'll capture you, and you'll be caught in the act.
If you or any passengers aren't wearing seatbelts or not wearing them properly, or if you're using your phone while driving, strict fines will incur.
If you do it again, you will receive double demerits if you are caught again within 12 months. In addition, you will lose your license if this happens.
