Welcome to 2022. What a year it was this past year here in the Whitsundays, and it shows no signs of slowing down in the housing market here for the year ahead

What's going to happen in the second half of the year? Nobody knows

At this stage, there are a lot of theories out there by economists.

There's a lot of uncertainty with COVID-19 and everything that's been going on. However, we have not seen any slowdown of demand for property here in the Whitsundays, both on the sales and rental front.
