PRD Annual Awards & Conference
Last week, our team headed to the Gold Coast for the PRD Annual Awards & Conference, and it truly did not disappoint. From inspiring guest speakers to team-building challenges and even a surprise trip to Dreamworld (yes… we definitely stepped out of our comfort zones), every moment was memorable.
For Kate and Matt, the conference started with the Leadership Summit, which included incredible sessions with:
- Tony Wilson – Renowned Peak Performance Coach
- Matt Hall – Former Top Gun Fighter Pilot
- Dr Chadden Hunter – Award-winning filmmaker and wildlife biologist
The full team then joined for a further two days of conference which featured guest speakers:
- Brooke Hanson OLY OAM - Do It. Don’t Quit.
- Chris Helder - People & Passion
- Mark McConville – who hosted the hilarious Laughter Clinic
- Matt Hall - Afterburner – The Top Gun Experience
- Ian Stephens - Master the Moments
A special highlight for our team was when our very own Kate Stevens surprised us all by joining the Panel hosted by Todd Hadley, our CEO, to discuss the opportunities, successes, and the “why” behind why we joined and love being a part of PRD.
Team-building highlights included The Big Picture, where we collaborated to create the amazing PRD 50 Years Canvas Art, as well as energising sessions like the Coffee Rave, Top Golf during the Leadership Conference, and, of course, Dreamworld on Friday evening.
The conference wrapped up with a spectacular awards night, celebrating the achievements of 2025:

- Bronze Sales – Jake Spargo
- Bronze Office Award
- 10 Years of Service – Kate Stevens
- Outstanding Support Person – Hayley Barlee
A huge congratulations also to our finalists: Zara Campiciano and Rachael Fenn for Property Manager of the Year, and Kelly Geddes for Outstanding Support Person 👏
It was an incredible few days with our amazing team — full of inspiration, learning, laughter, and celebration. We left the Gold Coast energised, motivated, and #PRDProud!
