Kellie Frankin

Kellie brings extensive experience in customer service and administration to her role at PRD Ballarat. Having previously worked with PRD in sales administration, her return to the team sees her bring a strong understanding of real estate processes, excellent organisational skills and a natural ability to connect with people.

Reliable, approachable and always willing to help, Kellie takes pride in ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes while creating a positive experience for both clients and colleagues.

A born and bred Ballarat local, Kellie has a genuine love for the town, its wonderful restaurants and cafés, and the strong sense of community that makes it such a special place to live and work.

Kellie also works as a makeup artist and previously owned and operated her own salon, an experience that further developed her passion for customer service, creativity and attention to detail.

Outside of work, Kellie enjoys spending time with her family, friends, dogs and horses, and staying active through Pilates.
