George is a highly experienced real estate leader with over 30 years in the industry, having worked as a Founder, Managing Director, Sales Manager, and auctioneer. He has led high-performing teams, grown multi-office operations, and successfully built and scaled his own business over two decades. As General Manager of PRD Ramsgate, Kingsgrove, and Beverly Hills, George oversees the performance and growth of all three offices. He is passionate about developing people, maintaining strong operational standards, and delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes for clients. Known for his collaborative leadership style, George is committed to mentorship, team culture, and creating an environment where people can perform at their best.
