Good Result In The End

Grace sold our property in Narwee while we were living in the US. PRD had been managing the property for us for over seven years. Managing a sale at a distance like this is difficult. There were a number of times we were frustrated because we received last minute requests or conflicting information, or requests for information held by PRD because of the rental information (the two sides didn't seem to talk to each other much!). This is why I've downgraded the rating by a star. However, in the end, everything was done, the auction went smoothly, Grace was very friendly and responsive throughout, and was able to get all of the repairs, maintenance and certificates done on our behalf. I suspect things along the way would have been less frustrating if we were in the same time zone or otherwise nearby to handle some things more easily ourselves, but I expect it would have been the same with any other agent. Thanks for everything Grace.

How Lucky Are We!

It was through a remote connection that we walked into PRDnationwide Beverly Hills last September when we were thinking of selling our home of nearly 40 years, thinking that it was about time for us to downsize. It was the first time that we met Grace Liwanag, the agent. It didn't take too long for her to get us sign the sole agent sales agreement with PRDnationwide Beverly Hills. Thinking back, it must be her professional, pleasant but not pushy manner that prompted us not to consider checking out with another agent, a most unusual thing for my wife. Everyone knew that the timing to sell our house was terrible. Indeed, there was no acceptable offer even though there were numerous house inspections before and after Christmas and New Year period. Grace worked very hard, keeping in touch with us and potential clients even during her end of year annual holiday. By March, we have resigned to postponing our downsizing plan for may be a year or two. Grace resurrected our plan out of the blue!
