About Tracey

Tracey has been following her passion in the industry for over 24 years. She started her career in this very office in 1998, was a previous business owner of the office and now successfully leads our sales team as the Sales Manager, pioneering a culture prioritising unity, professionalism and a strong work ethic, ensuring everyone is committed to doing the best by their clients, colleagues and the community at large.

Tracey’s wealth of experience to the PRD team is in Residential Sales having been involved in local property sales in excess of $118 million dollars and receiving multiple National Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards for her sales success.

Tracey knows the local community well, with her finger always on the pulse in an ever-changing real estate market bringing a high degree of professionalism to every real estate transaction. “Information and education”, says Tracey, “are critical elements in the process of buying, listing and selling property”.

Her specialty is giving advise to clients on low cost-effective ways to increase the value of their homes. Her advice has helped many local families increase the sale price on their home by $20,000, $30,000 or even $50,000. She really loves to be able to share her knowledge of the local property market, helping people increase their property wealth so they can make better choices before they buy or sell.

When people ask her to sell their home her number 1 priority is to show them that they have made the right decision trusting her to be their agent. She doesn’t stop until she has got the results that she knows the owners were looking for, on her phone day and night, all weekend until she knows that she has done everything in her power to get the result.
