Julie Ryan

Genuine care. Exceptional service.

There's something truly meaningful about helping people make their next move in a region that has always held a special place in your heart.

Having grown up on a farm in Newham, attended local schools and started her working life at Hanging Rock, Julie has deep roots in the Kyneton area and a genuine appreciation for the lifestyle, community and opportunities the region offers. After spending many years living throughout northern Victoria, raising a family and building a successful career in real estate, Julie returned to Kyneton and is delighted to once again call the Macedon Ranges home.

With more than a decade of experience in residential and lifestyle property sales, Julie has built a reputation for her integrity, strong communication, professionalism and unwavering commitment to her clients. Known for going above and beyond, she approaches every property journey with genuine care and determination, ensuring no opportunity is overlooked in achieving the best possible result.

Combining a strong work ethic with high standards of service, Julie is committed to building lasting relationships based on trust, transparency and results. Whether working with buyers searching for their ideal property or sellers preparing for their next chapter, she takes the time to understand each client's individual goals and tailor her approach accordingly.

Outside of real estate, Julie's greatest joy is spending time with her husband of more than 40 years, their four adult children and extended family. With a lifelong connection to the horse racing industry through both her family and her husband's training career, she has a deep appreciation for regional communities and country living. She also enjoys exploring all that the Macedon Ranges has to offer, from its beautiful landscapes and local attractions to its vibrant communities, viewing the region with a renewed appreciation since returning home.
