David’s professional knowledge originated from an extensive career in Commercial and Residential property development, project marketing, site sales and property management.

After working for various property firms in Sydney and the United Kingdom, David and his brother Richard commenced business in April 1999. With over three decades of experience and a sales track record exceeding $5 billion, David has become the go-to partner for developers, investors, and high-end buyers across The Sydney Hills District.

David leads a passionate team specialising in Commercial / Industrial Sales and Leasing and Residential off-the-plan sales, prestige developments, site acquisition, feasibility, and project consultancy.
