After working for various property firms in Sydney and the United Kingdom, David and his brother Richard commenced business in April 1999. With over three decades of experience and a sales track record exceeding $5 billion, David has become the go-to partner for developers, investors, and high-end buyers across The Sydney Hills District.
David leads a passionate team specialising in Commercial / Industrial Sales and Leasing and Residential off-the-plan sales, prestige developments, site acquisition, feasibility, and project consultancy. Based in Norwest Business Park, PRD Norwest deliver unmatched local Project Marketing insight and on-the-ground support.
David is known for his hands-on, strategic approach — working with developers from pre-DA through to final settlement. David’s ability to craft tailored campaigns, generate early momentum has helped sell out many of the region’s most iconic Commercial, Industrial, and residential developments.
