Entry Condition Report

At the start of your tenancy, you will be sent an Entry Condition Report, which will have been completed by our office. The report will be delivered electronically via our Console tenant App.

Please accept the invitation sent to you via email to connect to the tenant app and then you will be able to access the Entry Condition Report.

Step 1.

Click on Inspection.

Step 2.

Click on About this Report and confirm you have read the instructions.

Step 3.

Click on Area Review.

Click on each area and review the comments and photos. You will be required to agree or disagree.

If you disagree you will be prompted to add a comment and a photo.

You will need to Review each area.

Step 4.

Click on Extra Information and review.

Step 5.

Sign Report.

The signed report must be completed within seven (7) days of the start of your tenancy. Should you fail to sign the Condition Report within the said seven (7) days, the report will be locked and it will be assumed that all comments are agreed to by the tenant and that the agent’s assessment was accurate.

A copy of the final report will be sent to you for your records.

In some instances, the refund of the bond will depend on the accuracy of the Condition Report, please make sure you retain a copy of the report.

Please note, the Condition Report is NOT a request for any maintenance work to be carried out. Please contact our office in regards to repair requests separately.
