Kate Phillips

Kate brings warmth, professionalism and a wealth of experience to her role as Property Management Associate, working alongside Caitlin Fogarty in PRD’s Commercial Property Management team. With a strong background in HR, events, accounts and administration, she combines her organisational skills with a solutions-focused mindset to support clients and colleagues alike.

Known for her enthusiasm and dedication, Kate takes pride in providing exceptional service and ensuring every client interaction is handled with care and efficiency. Her approachable nature and strong work ethic make her a valued part of the commercial team and the wider PRD office.

Before joining PRD, Kate worked locally as an HR and Events Manager, overseeing accounts and administration for busy hospitality venues, a role that honed her ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver seamless results under pressure.

Outside of work, Kate enjoys Pilates, netball and cheering on her children from the sidelines. A proud mum of three, she treasures weekends spent with family and friends, making the most of life in the Bay.
