About Rakaya
Bright, driven and full of initiative, Rakaya brings a refreshing energy to the PRD Port Stephens front office team. Already a young entrepreneur running her own local beauty business, she has proven herself to be self-motivated and dedicated beyond her years.
With an early interest in architecture sparked during her school years and inspired by growing up around her father’s property development work, Rakaya’s passion for property came naturally. Eager to learn the industry from the ground up, she took the initiative to approach PRD directly for an opportunity and her confidence, drive and genuine enthusiasm immediately stood out.
Impressed by her ambition, PRD created a tailored traineeship pathway to help Rakaya gain hands-on experience while working towards her full real estate licence, the best way to truly understand the ins and outs of the profession.
Alongside her part-time role in a job share with Tiffany as our Front Office Administrator, Rakaya continues to successfully operate her own beauty business balancing both careers with admirable professionalism, a strong work ethic and family values at the core of everything she does.
