Craig started out in the industry in 1991 as a mail clerk and part-time receptionist in North Sydney and within two and a half years became an assistant to the senior administrator.
From there, Craig went on to gaining employment in the real estate sales industry selling properties on Sydney’s exclusive North Shore where he successfully sold real estate for two years. During this time, Craig gained a passion for property management and went on to secure a role as a property manager for a large firm in Artarmon on the north side of Sydney where he remained for several years.
After a move to the northern beaches of Sydney, Craig teamed up with an agency in Mona Vale, and after three years was in a position to take over the rental roll.
Before moving to the Gold Coast, Craig started a management company called Global Sales & Management, which he successfully ran for three years before selling the business and relocating to sunny Queensland.
In his time on the Gold Coast, Craig has also had the opportunity of working with real estate software company Console, training property managers on how to successfully use the software. As well as this, Craig has experience working on site with real estate agents and managers assisting with reconciliation and troubleshooting with trust accounts.
Having worked as a Senior Property Manager on the Gold Coast since 2008, Craig is an invaluable asset to our PRD. Southport team and he will work tirelessly to provide a superior level of service to his clients, both landlords and tenants.
