Detailed property inspections
PRDnationwide Southport will conduct a minimum of 3 routine inspections on your property each year. We then provide a detailed report with photos where able and a short video of the condition of your property and any maintenance issues found.

Zero rent arrears tolerance
It is a condition of PRDnationwide Southport and noted in all new tenants Rental Agreement that they must remain 1 week in advance on their rent at all times. Tenants are also offered a range of payment methods and instruction to ensure rent remains up to date to lessen the possibility of any rent arrears. Along with our rent arrears process to keep arrears to the lowest % possible and our landlords are kept up to date every step of the way.
