This week lot's of exciting things happening, of course its The Great Barrier Reef Festival here in the Whitsundays. Always on at the beginning of August, its such a family friendly fun filled weekend. Personally one of my favourite events is what the locals use to refer to and still do in some parts to is Cracker Night. That's happening Friday 5th down on the Foreshore and its such a wonderful thing to get out with your children and experience, fireworks don't happen to often here in the Whitsundays so that's a great one to get along to. Of course the massive Rotary Street Parade on Saturday 6th also extremely popular. Its wonderful to see so many people in town and beautiful weather as well for the festival.

Now property nerds like me will also this week, we had the Australian Economic Property Report come out. That was put out by our Research Department at PRD Corporate and our Chief Economist Dr Asti. That report, super interesting its a hot topic at the moment what's happening in property and what's happening with the economy. We talk about two different speeds so markets within markets in that property. You will find a link underneath this video on our website, so you can download it and have a read for yourself.

Also don't forget we have had a date change to 21st September here in Cannonvale at the Reef Gateway Function Room we are going to be having a Research Night with Dr Asti in person as well as other special guests and plenty of information available for you about what is happening with the market and what the future may look like.
