As you might be able to see behind me, we're renaming the Whitsundays the wet Sundays as we have today little bit of unseasonal winter rain here. Rest assure though, it will once again be beautiful sunny days here before you know it

This week I wanted to talk about the lack of rental properties on the market.

We're seeing a massive demand, as I've said in previous weeks, from tenants seeking properties; however, the supply of rental properties is diminishing.

Many owner-occupiers are buying and moving into some of these rentals, so we are desperate for more rental properties.

We have people calling up every day with all sorts of stories, saying that they are going to have nowhere to live.

Even skilled workers wanting to move to the area who have had to turn down jobs because there's nowhere for them to live.
