About Simon

A proud local since 1984 and the son of well-respected real estate identity Paul Hancox, Simon brings a lifetime of knowledge and insight to the Camden Haven property market.

As Principal of PRD Laurieton, his deep community ties and long-standing family connection to the industry make him a trusted and approachable presence in local real estate.

After completing a degree in Human Movement Science, Simon moved to the UK, where he worked in Sports Development with the Premier League, specifically, Fulham Football Club.

He later returned to Australia and took on a leading role with the NRL in Queensland — a career that combined his passion for sport with high-level community engagement. It was during this time that he met his wife and now business partner, Natasha.

Together, Simon and Natasha returned to the Camden Haven to raise their two young children and join the family real estate business. They were excited to provide their children with the same strong sense of community and lifestyle that Simon grew up with.

Simon and Natasha are deeply involved in local life and have built a strong, supportive network both personally and professionally. Their passion for the area runs deep, and they are proud to live, work, and raise a family in the Camden Haven, the region they love.
