Our Property Management Guarantee puts your money back in your pocket if we don’t deliver a professional, holistic service which protects your investment. Simply, we guarantee to do the following, and if on any occasion we don’t, we will refund to you one month’s management fee.
Our 10 Point Property Management Guarantee*
- We do not hand out keys to potential tenants
- We accompany every potential tenant to your property
- We use a number of leading websites to advertise your vacant property within 1 business day of receiving an authority to act from the owner or an approved Notice of Intention to Leave being received from the tenant
- We use TICA, Australia and New Zealand’s largest Tenancy Default Database, to ensure potential tenants do not have any history of defaulting on rental terms and conditions
- We complete thorough reference checks for potential tenants – with at least one of their employers and at least one with a previous landlord
- We call or email you at weekly at a minimum when your property is vacant
- We adhere to one of the strictest arrears policy in the industry
- We inspect the property every 14 weeks and provide a detailed written report within 7 days
- We will contact you at least 6 weeks prior to the end of a tenancy period to get your instructions on re-leasing
- We will respond to all your email enquiries within 2 business days of receipt.
* Breach of guarantee must be notified to agency Principal within 5 working days
