About Caitlin
The traditional path for a career in real estate is very different to the experience that Caitlin endured in her past 8 years. Would Caitlin have preferred a gentler career trajectory?…definitely not. Caitlin’s focus has been in Property Management in the Retail sector with up to four shopping centres under her watch. Constant dispute resolution, court and mediation attendance and a requirement of a high work ethic, pace and attention to detail to get the job done has built a formidable set of skills for Caitlin.
After a recent stint with Westfields, Caitlin has shifted Commercial sectors and is now leading the PRD Commercial PM Team and Portfolio with some retail property but a heavy focus of Industrial assets in the portfolio. Caitlin’s skills have crossed over into this sector exceptionally well and with a willingness to ask how and strong values in listening to all the facts prior to making a judgement PRD’s clients are in great hands.
In contrast to the pressure and pace of Caitlin’s first years of real estate is a lifestyle and upbringing in the Blue Mountains and an enjoyment of being outdoors and relaxing with family and friends.
