Five Senior Property Managers, including myself, with collectively over 100 years experience (See more details in our Experienced Team section), our team has a vested interest in property management. Most business owners are sales agents who do not know a great deal about property management. “Our best interest is always focused on our owners” - and having a Director of the company in charge of the department makes a real difference.
Marketing including full-time Leasing Coordinator
We use professional photos and videos to showcase the properties (no other agent is doing this in the area for rentals), and your home is marketed to the same standards as For Sale properties.
Our online booking platform allows prospective tenants to book their appointments, which contributes to continually keeping our vacancy rate at record lows. With this dedicated resource of a Leasing Coordinator and our booking platform, your property can be shown to prospective tenants six days a week at a time convenient to the client. An additional benefit of this platform is that it is easier for our prospective tenants to find properties, speeding up the process of receiving applications for approval. As a landlord, you also receive a weekly report updating the property’s progress becoming leased.
Landlords also receive an email report immediately after each viewing with feedback from prospective tenants and our leasing team.
