The sale was a huge achievement for Darren, who has been a sales agent for a mere 7 months and sold nine properties to date.

After selling the property next door, Darren was recommended by the vendors to sell the 53 Lovetts Road property.

Proud of his achievement, when asked about the sale Darren said he never gave up.
