Family-Owned PRD Team Expands with New Woonona-Bulli Office
The duo behind the successful PRD Dapto branch have officially opened their second office within the PRD network. Jeremy Tillman and Madison Sequeira opened the doors of their new PRD Woonona Bulli, following the expansion of their already successful PRD Dapto business.
“We were presented with the opportunity to expand our property management team in Bulli. Given the location of the office and the set up we considered it to be an ideal opportunity to increase our reach and offer clients in the northern suburbs of the Illawarra a fresh new approach for their real estate needs.” Jeremy Tillman stated when asked about the decision to open the Woonona-Bulli branch.
Jeremy Tillman and Madison have been recognised consistently for their efforts within the PRD network, with their PRD Dapto office most recently being awarded a Gold Sales Award in 2024 and placing number 9 in the 2024 top offices in the PRD network. Jeremy insists that their success stems from their personal approach and attention to detail, which is central to their strategy for the new office as well.
“We differ from other real estate offices in the area as our office is a family operated business. Our goals right now are to build a solid reputation in the Woonona Bulli area based on our personal approach and our high attention to detail. With these goals in mind, we feel we can make a big difference to our clients in their real estate journeys.”
Jeremy also credited the support of the PRD network throughout the expansion process, stating,
