As part of its bold growth strategy for 2025, PRD has welcomed Haig Sare as its newest Business Development Manager, joining Ken Baker, who came on board earlier this year. This strategic expansion of the business development team reflects PRD’s commitment to accelerating national growth and supporting high-performing real estate professionals across Australia.
With five of their longstanding office’s expanding to additional locations this year across NSW and VIC, and more on the horizon, PRD is doubling down on its mission to back ambitious operators with the tools, support, and brand power they need to thrive and grow.

Haig brings over a decade of experience in real estate and business development, having worked both as a licensed agent and in network growth roles. His deep understanding of local market dynamics and national expansion strategies makes him a valuable asset to PRD’s growth ambitions.
“I’ve been in and around the real estate industry for over a decade, both on the front lines as a licensed agent and behind the scenes in recruitment and development,” Haig added. “That time has given me a broad understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the industry from local market dynamics to national expansion strategies. It’s given me a strong understanding of what makes high-performing offices tick and more importantly, how to identify and attract the right partners to drive sustainable growth.”
