PRD's Latest Expansion in Regional NSW
Another new PRD office has opened it’s doors in NSW. Formerly Quirindi Real Estate, the new PRD Liverpool Plains office is the result of the acquisition and merger with PRD’s highly successful Tamworth office.
Jacqui Bijnens, Partner and Chief Operating Officer for PRD Tamworth stated “The decision to expand and open a second office aligns with our 5-year business plan and goal to reach 2,500 properties under management in the next couple of years.
We were fortunate to meet Liz Morris, who founded the business we have acquired in Quirindi and rebranded to PRD Liverpool Plains. Liz has single handedly established a very successful sales business in the Liverpool Plains and unintentionally grown her property management portfolio to 200 managements! We are thrilled to have Liz join us as a Partner in the business and she will continue to grow and thrive in the Liverpool Plains region with the support of the PRD Tamworth team.”
Liz Morris, who has joined PRD Tamworth and PRD Liverpool Plains as one of the partners, will be primarily based in the PRD Liverpool Plains office and continue her work in supporting the areas real estate and property management needs. Liz Morris thanked the PRD network and expressed her gratitude for their warm welcome and support.

When asked about the Factors influencing the choice of the new location, Jacqui stated, “The choice of Liverpool Plains as the new location was influenced by several factors, including the proximity to Tamworth, being within a 1 hour drive, the potential for community engagement, and the opportunity to leverage our existing relationships and expertise in the region. The Liverpool Plains area offers a unique blend of rural and suburban properties, making it an ideal location for our expansion.
We envision this expansion benefiting the local community by providing more accessible and comprehensive real estate services. Our presence in Liverpool Plains will contribute to the vibrancy of the area by supporting local events, organizations, and initiatives. Additionally, our expertise in the real estate market will help enhance property values and provide valuable insights to buyers, sellers, and investors
When asked about the long-term vision and goals for the PRD Tamworth and Liverpool Plains locations, Jacqui commented “This expansion aligns with our goals by allowing us to grow our market presence and better serve our clients.
