With 15 years of business administration experience and 5 years of hands‑on real estate expertise, Caitlyn brings a balanced, strategic, and highly dependable presence to her role as Assistant to the Director. Her deep understanding of real estate operations, paired with her strong administrative background, allows her to support the organisation with precision, clarity, and confidence.

Caitlyn plays a key role in staff training and development, helping ensure the team remains informed, skilled, and aligned with evolving policies and industry standards. She is also heavily involved in auditing, compliance, and refining internal procedures, contributing to the smooth and consistent functioning of both the sales and property management departments.

As a true office all‑rounder, Caitlyn assists across Sales and Rentals and holds her Stock and Station Licence, further strengthening her versatility and value within the business. Her ability to adapt, support, and lead behind the scenes makes her an essential part of the agency’s day‑to‑day success.

Outside of work, Caitlyn enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dogs — the things that keep her grounded, happy, and recharged for the busy world of real estate.
