Paying Rent
It’s important that paying your rent is just like paying any other type of bill. Many people do not realise that your rental history will effect your credit rating. Therefore, it’s important you are aware of the payment options and what is required. PRD Hunter Valley requires tenants to pay through Ailo app.

Under the Residential Tenancies Act you are required to pay your rent by the date noted on the schedule in your lease and it must always be paid in advance.

Free way to pay your rent on Ailo
Simply log into your Ailo app or https://ailo.app and make a one-off transfer (payment method) from your bank account.

Go to the “Rent” tab in your Ailo app
Tap ‘Pay Rent” button
If you have previously set up a payment method, tap on ‘Change’ for the payment method. Otherwise, skip this step.
Select on ‘Other Payment Method’
Select “One-off transfer”
Then follow the prompts to add your bank account details and payment amount.

This will be a one-off payment, and you will need to repeat the process to make future fee-free rent payments.

Should you have any difficulties in paying your rent please notify us as soon as possible. PRD Hunter Valley have a ‘Zero Tolerance’ for Rent Arrears, this is a strict policy on the payment and collection of rent.
