PRD Real Estate Presents 'The House That Drought Built'

PRD Tamworth is proud to be the Selling Agent of 'The House That Drought Built'. This landmark property was built by GJ Gardner Homes with the support of Lampada, PRD Real Estate and the Tamworth Community, led by the Tamworth Regional Council as a fundraiser for the Salvation Army.

What is 'The House That Drought Built'?

After taking into considering the increasing level of devastation the ongoing drought was causing to the residents in the Tamworth region, and wanting to do something to help…'The House That Drought Built' initiative was born.

PRD Tamworth and other supporters were more than happy to jump onboard and back this fantastic project, donating their time and products to help assist those impacted by the unrelenting drought through the initiative.

The Auction & The ‘Buy A Brick’ Initiative

On Saturday 25 July, PRD Tamworth will offer the home for sale by hosting an on-site auction. The house is homed in Lampada on Lot 1105, sitting on the corner of Eagle Avenue and Burgess Lane as part of the Lorikeet Release. The lucky new homeowners of ‘The House That Drought Built’ will enjoy picturesque countryside views in a family-friendly community, complete with a children’s playground. The home features four bedrooms, two bathrooms and boasts a spatial flow between three living zones, including an open-plan gourmet kitchen with a butlers pantry and dining area with adjoining rumpus room.
