PRD Continues NSW Expansion With 4 New Offices

PRD, the wholly-owned real estate brand of Colliers International, has been expanding with the addition of four new offices in the past six months.

PRD Chairman and Managing Director, Tony Brasier said "Market changes are forcing Principals of real estate offices to look at what options are out there to grow their business potential. Our unique service offering and a collaborative approach has seen the high number of enquiries result in new offices joining us. In addition, the success of some of our current offices has led to their expansion into new markets".

New offices in NSW include Tuggerah, Morisset, Macquarie Park and Lismore. In addition, there are another 3 new offices at advanced stages of signing new franchise agreements.
