PRD Expands Riverina Presence Following Latest Acquisition

PRD Wagga Wagga has absorbed LJ Hooker Wagga Wagga, cementing its position as a powerhouse in the Riverina market.

Director, Simon Freemantle of PRD Wagga Wagga said the new team, which included Directors, Robyn and Richard Rossiter, was the most beneficial aspect of the transfer.

“Robyn and Richard have been the backbone, strength, and character of their office for almost two decades and are the main reason we were interested in this acquisition,” he said.

“We’re excited for them to bring their strong reputation for providing excellent service to landlords and property owners to the PRD team.”

The PRD Wagga Wagga team will continue to provide a high level of personalised service and expertise, on top of a range of additional value-add services.

These include an in-house marketing team, regular marketing templates and campaigns, a dedicated research department and ad hoc market updates, and strata and project development departments.

According to Simon, the systems and cultures of the two businesses had ‘a lot of synergies’, making the transfer easy while also enabling them to increase their operational efficiency.

“It’s a great fit all around. We’ve taken the best of each of our systems and processes, but many are the same, so it’s been a seamless changeover for tenancies and landlords,” he said.
