PRD’s Mark Kentwell Opens His Second Office for 2021
PRD Newcastle Co-Director Mark Kentwell has just opened his second office in New South Wales for 2021, PRD Coastal, which will be led by licensee, Nicole Kelly.
Earlier this year, in July, Mark Kentwell also opened and launched PRD Inner City, which is headed up by award-winning agent, Jesse Wilton.
PRD Coastal is set to be Mark Kentwell’s fifth PRD real estate office for his successful Newcastle and Lake Macquarie area. Mr Kentwell said that it’s all about being present in multiple areas, present at the times when needed, living in the present, being up to date and presenting the best the industry has to offer.
His team currently service a broad geography across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Central Coast regions and intend to keep expanding.
His agents will be able to work from any of the five locations so they are not geographically constrained.
The PRD Coastal office on the Central Coast in located in the central suburb of Long Jetty and opens us up to a very broad area, but doesn’t limit the amount of work that can be done in an area.
Already hired agents include Samatha Hardy, Troy Brooker and Tahlia Tuxford who all specialise in upmarket coastal homes, particularly coastal acreages of $2M and over.
Mark Kentwell said that this specialty will suit the marketing and focus very well and allows his team to continue to invest in tools that help capitalise on this more discerning sector of the market.

Mark Kentwell has been a long-standing Director within the PRD network, first joining the brand in 2005 and has achieved countless awards ever since.
Most recently, Mr Kentwell has been ranked at number 24 for REB’s Top 50 Agents in NSW Real Estate for 2021 and number 26 for REB’s Top 100 Agents 2021 nationally.
PRD Newcastle has achieved a Platinum Sales award status for 11 years running and Mr Kentwell himself has attained High Altitude awards for the past 7 years.
