Media Release - PRD expands its reach with six new locations
PRD, the wholly owned residential brand of Colliers International, has been expanding with the addition of six new offices in the past five months.
The Managing Director, Tony Brasier said ‘The increased level of enquiries from potential new franchisees has resulted in these new offices coming on board. In addition, the success of some of our current offices have led to their expansion into new markets’.
‘Our resources to help grow businesses, our market-leading research, our digital marketing platform and our Colliers connections have been key drivers which have all contributed to this growth. Our international alliance with the United Group in the US, one of the fastest growing franchise groups in North America, has also been an added attraction, creating ease of access to international markets.’

New offices in Queensland include Peregian Beach and Maryborough. In NSW offices have been added in Hurstville, Beverly Hills, New Lambton and Bungendore.
‘The New Lambton office continues the growth of our market leading Hunter Valley Offices which includes Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens and Maitland’ Brasier said.
The addition of Hurstville and, Beverly Hills brings the PRD total to eleven offices in south/ south-western Sydney.
Based on the current pipeline of interest from potential new franchisees, Mr. Brasier believes this growth will continue at a steady pace into 2018. ‘The quality of the business rather than just the sheer number of offices is one of our main criteria.’
