Commencing with a first-of-its-kind portfolio across Melbourne CBD, each property has been meticulously selected by Colliers’ expert team, ensuring the highest quality in design and amenity for renters.

Managing Director for PRD Melbourne Apartments and Colliers Residential Victoria, Tim Storey said the move marked an exciting new chapter for the two businesses, who will provide a full circle Build-to-Rent platform and service for their clients.
