PRD Celebrates 50 Golden Years of Network Strength, Collaboration and Shared Success on the Gold Coast

Returning to the location of its very first franchise office on the Gold Coast, PRD Real Estate marked a significant milestone in March, celebrating 50 years in business with its Leadership Summit, two-day National Conference and Annual Awards Gala.

Spanning several iconic locations across the region, the milestone celebrations culminated in PRD’s Annual Awards Gala held at The Star Gold Coast; a fitting backdrop to honour five decades of growth, collaboration and shared achievement across the national network.

Top Sales Office of the Year Award

Taking home the coveted #1 Sales Office for 2025 award for the first time, was PRD Bendigo, with Principal Tom Isaacs and Chief Operating Officer Adele Fry accepting the honour on behalf of their team.

Reflecting on the win, Tom spoke candidly about the role the Corporate Team and wider PRD network has played in his journey.

“Firstly we’d like to thank the franchise for being on this journey with us for 14 years. The franchise itself has been an intriguing journey for me, and it’s probably because PRD Corporate has been absolutely tremendous. I always talk about the franchise being a foundation of growth for me. It’s given me the opportunity to work with people all over Australia which has been unbelievable.”

Tom went on to acknowledge the support of fellow Principals across the network, giving a special mention to PRD Ballarat Principal, Nicole Simpson.

“I first walked into PRD Ballarat office 14 years ago with absolutely no idea what I was doing and Nicole and the crew were kind enough to share some of the wisdom they’d accumulated over the years. They’ve been available for me to call night and day which I really appreciate.

To the Principals across the network, you’ve picked up the phone even when you’ve been busy, helped me work through challenges, and supported me along the way. That kind of camaraderie never goes unnoticed, and I’m incredibly grateful."

Top Salesperson of the Year Award

The evening also saw Matt Ingram from PRD Bendigo be recognised as PRD’s #1 Salesperson for 2025. This was Matt’s second time winning the award, and during his speech, acknowledged the PRD Bendigo team and thanked his Principal, Tom Isaacs, for the support, as well as the PRD culture.

“None of this would be possible without the support of a big, happy office and I have to really hand it to PRD Bendigo, I think we have a really good culture there and I really appreciate everything that the team at PRD Bendigo does to help. Tom, I can’t thank you enough for your support, not just at PRD but outside of work as well, I definitely would not be here without you."

PRD Hall of Fame

One of the most heartfelt moments of the night came with the induction of Frank Mazzotta, Principal of PRD Beverly Hills, Kingsgrove and Ramsgate Beach, into the PRD Hall of Fame.

Introducing Frank, PRD Managing Director, Todd Hadley, praised his contribution to the brand and the network, describing him as someone who has helped shape PRD for the better.

As Frank’s name was announced, previous Hall of Fame inductees were quick to rally around and congratulate Frank as colleagues from across the country rose to their feet in a standing ovation; a testament to the respect he holds within the group.

“I never expected this, I’ve got so many people to thank. It’s been a pleasure being a part of this group. I’ve grown up at PRD, starting with PRD Bexley North then acquiring 4 more offices and growing a great team. Without my team, I would be nothing so thank you. I’ve got to thank the support group and just everyone in the PRD network. It’s a group that I’m obviously very proud to be part of. Thank you so much for this award and go PRD!”

Closing the Evening

Closing the evening, PRD Managing Director, Todd Hadley, congratulated all award recipients and reflected on PRD’s 50-year legacy.

“Tonight is about recognising the people who have helped build this brand and continue to shape its future. Whether you were honoured on stage, recognised among the finalists, supporting your colleagues, or one of our valued supplier partners, your contribution is what makes PRD the strong, people-first network it is today.

As we celebrate five decades of innovation, commitment and achievement, we’re reminded that our success has always been built on collaboration, shared values and genuine support. PRD is a place where ambitious offices can thrive, feel supported, and be proudly part of something enduring, and that’s what will continue to guide us into the future.”
