PRD Port Stephens Hits It Out Of The Park With $5.8M Record Sale

A property overlooking Boat Harbour Beach was recently sold for $5.85 million, unconditional, by PRD Port Stephens Principal Dane Queenan, making it the highest-selling residential property in Port Stephens to date.

The 958sqm Kingsley Drive property boasts 5 bedrooms and 3 massive living rooms, and overlooks the beautiful Boat Harbour beach and salt water rock pools, with direct access onto the sandy beachfront from the back gate.

The previous sales record for Port Stephens was held by Dane for the sale of a Soldiers Point Road property for $5.55 million in 2021, and previous to that, the record was also held by Dane for the sale of another Soldiers Point Road property, which sold for $4.77 million in 2020.

The PRD office has started the year off strong with two additional heavyweight sales: 8 Sandy Point Road, Corlette sold off market for $4,050,000, unconditional, by Dane, and 99 Soldiers Point Road, Soldiers Point sold for $2,635,000, conditional, by Alex Haxton.

When asked about the record Boat Harbour sale, Dane said it was really positive for the Port Stephens area to have created a new record sale price.

“Sandy Point Road was an off-market sale sold to someone on our exclusive database who wanted that specific stretch of waterfront,” he said.

“I have now successfully sold 2,4 and 6 Sandy Point Road, with two of those sales being off-market.”

Asked how he was feeling about 2022, Dane added, “if our first lot of open homes, buyer enquiries, offers and properties sold are anything to go by, then I’m very excited for the year ahead.”

“The year has started with a bang and I’m feeling positive for what’s to come.”
