No commitment

All we ask is that you give us a try for 3 months so you can experience how good we are. If you are not happy after 3 months, we will deliver your file to anyone you choose, at no cost, in less than 24 hours.

Prompt call-backs or $100 cash

If we do not return your call / email within 48 hrs we will pay you $100.00

Tenants in or we pay the rent

If we have not signed up a great tenant for your property in 14 days, we will pay the rent. Our unique online booking and processing service means we will have access to more tenants to choose from. Once you choose the best applicant we will fast track them into your property. Our accelerated letting process means you will have a great tenant paying rent faster than any other agent could. Naturally, some conditions apply so see below for details.

Money back if not delighted

If at any time you are not delighted with our property management service, just let us know and we will refund that month’s management fees.

Rent paid – guaranteed

If your tenant won’t pay the rent, we will. We have systems and procedures in place that other agents aspire to. That’s why we are so confident in our rent collection process that we can guarantee to pay the rent if your tenant will not. The only condition is that your property must be and remain covered by our recommended Landlords Protection Insurance.

Conditions for paying rent if a tenant can’t be found: 

1 You must take our advice about Price, Promotion and Presentation. 2 Property must be and remain covered by our recommended Landlords Protection Insurance. If you decline our recommendations and feedback you may opt out of the 14 Day Rental Guarantee and price the property at your own discretion.

* NOTE: the Service and Financial Guarantee is only applicable to clients of PRDnationwide Whitsunday who receive and execute the Service and Financial Guarantee document at the time of execution of the Form 6 Appointment of a resident letting agent. A rental property must meet certain criteria in order to be eligible for the Service and Financial Guarantee, the criteria of which is discussed between the client and the New Business Manager at the initial appointment.
