Queensland suburbs where listings are limited

According to realestate.com.au, the number of vacant Queensland listings nosedive up to 84 percent in the past two years. 

The following Whitsunday suburbs were included in the Top 20 QLD suburbs with the most significant decrease in active listings (Jan 2020-22). (Source: REA Group)

1.Cannonvale: -73%
5. Collinsville: -70%
11. Bowen: -68%

REA Group revealed the following suburbs where active rental listings dropped between January 2020, the start of the pandemic, and the end of January this year.
