Hi, Annette Neil from PRD Whitsunday.

I'm down here at stage 6b of the Whitsunday Lakes Estate, which is a continuation of Springfield circuit. 
As you can see over my shoulder, civil construction has finished here on site. 

We're currently just waiting for a couple of minor completions to be done. 

We'll be off to the council soon to complete the survey plan. Then these lots will be titled, and before you know it, there's going to be homes springing up everywhere behind me here. 

Now this stage is all under contract and is sold out.

We are looking to start marketing stage seven which is the next stage here, the final stage in The Whitsunday lakes Estate
