Today I am out the front of 73 Abell Road, this is the 3rd listing on Abell Road for our office in the last few months. The other two are already wrapped up and I anticipate that this one is going to go very quickly as well.

This week of course we had the Reserve Bank pass down at 25 basis point interest rise, now that is lower then what was being tipped. So is that potentially a sign that the RBA is starting to become a little more comfortable with where our inflation is heading? We will have to wait until the next figures come out. However, the RBA did put out some statistics in August that showed consumer confidence is at the lowest point its been since the first Covid lockdowns.

Now locally we are seeing a volume of sales happening here that is out stripping the volume of listings that are coming on to market. Particularly for family homes like the one behind me.
